General Programme Information
Programme Name: Pathway to Hospitality – Professional Hospitality Training Programme
Duration: 6 Months
Total Training Hours: 950 Hours
Training Structure:
- Institutional Training: 450 Hours
- Industry Training: 500 Hours
Programme Objective:
The programme aims to develop specialised knowledge, technical competencies and professional hospitality skills through structured institutional training and supervised industry experience.
Students will select one department and develop specialised skills relevant to their chosen professional field.
During institutional training, students will receive theoretical instruction, practical demonstrations and operational skills training.
During industry training, students will gain practical exposure to professional hospitality operations.
Graduation and Award:
Upon successful completion of all 950 training hours and the required assessments, students will graduate from the HMI Thailand Professional Hospitality Training Programme.
Students will be awarded the HMI Professional Hospitality Training Award in their selected specialisation.
